As a distinguished injector coined “Face Boss,” Carrie serves as a member of the highest caliber PALETTE® faculty and an Allergan Medical Institute speaker trainer. Carrie conducts hundreds of training sessions annually as she mentors other injectors to “ELEVATE” their skills. Her graceful style and confident demeanor put patients at ease knowing their face is in the hands of a world-class injector with unmatched skills.
With an extraordinary eye for symmetry, incredible cognition for deficits and meticulous dexterity, Carrie has become known as the “best aesthetic eye in the country” for restoring facial structure to nature’s intentions — fresh, beautiful, balanced and almost perfect, while maintaining the individual’s authenticity and age-appropriate features.
Carrie L. Clifford-Bennett, APRN, ANP-C, MSN, is compact state licensed as a Registered Nurse in 43 states and an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in KY and CA. She maintains national board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB). Carrie practices aesthetic medicine in KY at CCB Facial Aesthetics. Carrie is a promotional, private and CME national educator and key opinion leader consulting, counseling and instructing providers in facial aesthetic medicine. Carrie has been pursing a professional role in forensic nursing. She is actively receiving her credentials in forensic examinations and evidence collection to be licensed in Kentucky as an Adult/ Adolescent Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner. She is pursing board certification through AANPBC as a Forensic Nurse Examiner.
Carrie is collectively using 30 years of medical, nursing and life experiences to provide skilled and experienced leadership, advocacy and care to victims of sexual assault crimes, domestic partner violence, adult abuse and strangulation to represent and advocate for victim’s legal and human rights. Her mission is to help victims recover by finding their voice post trauma, enter society as high functioning and incorporate self-care and aesthetics to achieve this outcome. Carrie will use her passion for providing exceptional patient outcomes, share medical knowledge, educate medical providers, set progressive artistic standards for the non-surgical aesthetic industry, and encompass best safe practices that represent the most recent scientific data while fulfilling her medical, ethical and legal responsibilities to be an educator, medical provider and patient advocate.
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Kentucky and her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Cincinnati. Carrie’s 29 years of nursing experience encompass practice in cardiovascular medicine, intensive care, outpatient surgery, plastic surgery, and medical facial aesthetics. During her tenure as a plastic surgical nurse specialist, her passion for facial aesthetics evolved into a 24-year career. Carrie launched CCB Facial Aesthetics in 2012, bridging the gap between promotional and continuing medical education. Carrie has participated in various capacities in over 30,000 facial aesthetic injection procedures and has conducted 750+ educational programs, including hands-on training, lectures, workshops, and virtual classes. She is among the first nurse injectors in the Southeast United States and is recognized as a Key Opinion Leader in the industry.
Carrie considers her medical practice an “artful science” in attaining proper facial proportion while preserving unique attributes of patient gender, age, preference, and ethnicity in restoration. She is motivated by a solid commitment to providing safe and exceptional patient outcomes, sharing clinical experiences, teaching other providers, and meeting the challenge of setting progressive standards for the non-surgical industry using evidence-based best practices and the latest scientific knowledge.
Carrie is serving her 12th year as faculty for Allergan Medical Institute in numerous educational training programs and advisory boards. She is an 12-year faculty member for PALETTE Resources, leading national continuing medical educational workshops. Carrie is affiliated with American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Foundation, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board, International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses and International Association of Forensic Nursing.
