Carrie L. Clifford-Bennett, APRN, ANP-C, MSN, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Kentucky and her Master of Science at the University of Cincinnati. She is multi-state licensed as a Registered Nurse in 37 states, two U.S. territories, and an Adult Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in KY, FL, and CA. Carrie is nationally board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board, AANPBC. Her 27 years of experience encompass open heart, intensive care, outpatient, plastic surgery, and medical facial aesthetics. During her tenure as a plastic surgical nurse specialist, her passion for facial aesthetics evolved into a 20+ year career in facial aesthetic injections, as one of the first nurse injectors in the Southeast U.S. to a national Key Opinion Leader. Carrie has performed, consulted, educated, and assisted in over 30,000 aesthetic facial injection procedures. CCB has conducted over 800 educational programs for promotional, private, and continuing medical education through forums consisting of hands-on training, lectures, workshops, virtual classes, live roundtable programs, advisory boards, and legal consulting. Her business CCB Facial Aesthetics, LLC, was incepted in 2012, bridging the gap between promotional and CME. Carrie nationally teaches consults, mentors, and educates aesthetic providers. “Face Boss” provides health restoration, anti-aging, and wellness through Foster Medical in Lexington, KY. Carrie considers her skill an artistic craft with the perspective of artistic science in symmetry, balance, and proper proportions incorporating patient gender, age, and ethnicity. She is motivated by providing exceptional patient outcomes, sharing her experiences, teaching others, and being challenged to set progressive standards for the non-surgical industry while encompassing safe, stellar patient outcomes using best evidenced-based practices.
CCB has been educating with Allergan Medical Institute for 10+ years. She has served in numerous roles for Allergan Abbvie as an Ambassador, Foundations Faculty, Clinical Educator of Southeast, Roundtable Speaker and Faculty; multiple advisory boards including Botox Cosmetic, Vycross, Tear Trough, Dermal Filler Complications, Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) and Allergan Medical Science Liaison Board. Carrie is also utilized in training national strategic accounts. She is a 10+ year faculty member of P.A.L.E.T.T.E. Resources, amongst the most respected leaders in the aesthetic industry. CCB is affiliated with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Foundation, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board, the Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Practitioners & Nurse Midwives, and the International Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses. Carrie continues to practice and evolve her passion.
